We ship BARF frozen food only within Germany.

Zur Wahrung der Kühlkette und für einen schnellen und guten Versand versenden wir mit UPS STANDARD, UPS EXPRESS, DPD EXPRESS und DHL - je nach dem, an welche Postleitzahl die Bestellung gesendet werden soll.

Versandbedingungen:

Das Mindestbestellgewicht bei BARF-Frostfutter beträgt 8,00kg.
You should take delivery of the ordered goods in person or have a drop-off authorization. The legislator has excluded the revocation (cancellation) and the return of frozen food for reasons of food hygiene (§ 312g para. 2 No. 2 BGB).
BARF-Frostfutter wird nur innerhalb Deutschlands versendet. Ein Versand ins Ausland ist nicht möglich.

In welche deutschen Versand-Region sie fallen, richtet sich nach Ihrer Postleitzahl.
To North & Central Germany:
- mit UPS Standard: 9,95 EUR pro 18 kg Paket
- mit DHL: 7,95 EUR pro 18 kg Paket
To South & West Germany:
- mit UPS Express (bis 18:00 Uhr Zustellung am folgenden Werktag): 14,95 EUR pro 18 kg Paket
- NEU: mit DPD Express (bis 18:00 Uhr Zustellung am folgenden Werktag):: 9,95 EUR pro 18 kg Paket
- mit DHL bei Paketgewicht zwischen 20 und 25 kg sowie 40 und 50 kg: 7,95 EUR pro 18 kg Paket

The small company from Villingen-Schwenningen in the Black Forest has been producing high-quality BARF food for dogs according to the strictest regulations since 1984. The BARF products are guaranteed to be made without preservatives, artificial additives, colorings, flavors, attractants or the addition of water.

The meat used is of first-class quality and is guaranteed to be single-origin, which means that, for example, in the BARF menus, meat and bones are guaranteed to come from the same animal.

One always produces fresh and does without long storage times of the products. Between production and shipment of the goods is usually only a week. Therefore, there may of course be bottlenecks with individual products. We and our customers are convinced of the first-class quality and freshness!
