Organic rosehip powder, also known as rosehip seed powder, is a healthy food supplement with high vitamin C content. For the raw food quality rosehip powder of Ölmühle Solling, hand-picked, ripe rose hips from controlled organic cultivation in Argentina are processed together with their skin.

Compared to powders produced from deoiled kernels, the powder from the whole kernel with pulp and rosehip peel contains a particularly high amount of vitamins - 400 mg per 100 g.

At temperatures below 40 degrees Celsius, the organic fruits are dried and then gently mechanically ground. In this way, the valuable ingredients of the rosehip are preserved in their best possible form and can fully develop their effectiveness.
