Supplementary feed for dogs and cats

The basis of DIE FUTTERMACHER dog food is first-class, pure meat, so guaranteed from the same animal. Guaranteed without preservatives, artificial additives, colorings, flavors and attractants.

With BARF Pur - Poultry Original , meaty carcasses are used. There is no defined distribution between meat and cartilage/bone in this natural product, however, the cartilage/bone proportion is usually always higher than the meat proportion.

Basically, Poultry Orginal is NOT enough as a complete feed, it is rather to be understood as a building block for a healthy and species-appropriate diet.

Composition: 33% turkey carcass, 33% chicken carcass, 32% maize carcass, 1% linseed oil.

Feeding recommendation:
Puppies approx. 4% of the KGW
Young dogs approx. 3% of the KGW
Adult dogs approx. 2-3% of the bw

For a complete BARF meal for dogs, please add vegetables/fruit (share 30-35%). In addition, offal or cod liver oil should be added as a substitute. Carbohydrates do not have to, but can be fed in the form of potatoes, millet, brown rice, amaranth, quinoa. Then reduce the fruit/vegetable portion accordingly!

For cats, in addition to the above components, add taurine, e.g. in the form of green-lipped mussel powder or 1-2 chicken hearts and a vegetable portion of about 5- max. 10% .

Natural food tip: Add to the meal regularly (2-3 times a week) some salmon oil, linseed oil or even coconut fat! Everything about proper Barfen in our blog!
